Creating new paths outside the matrix

When I started deconditioning in 2019, it felt radical (and pretty unsafe) to leave my established corporate career and chart my own path doing...well, honestly, I wasn't so sure at the time 😬.

I knew I had passions: spirituality, design, writing, creating products.

I had a vague sense that I was meant to have some kind of social media presence. Saying what? I really did not know. 

All I knew at the time was that I needed a few months to heal from corporate burnout, and then I figured I might have to go back and take a job that was a demotion. 

I spent a lot of time looking out at the world, trying to find a well-established path that people were following, one that I might find satisfying, so that I wouldn't dread getting up every day and feel that knot in the pit of my stomach on Sundays.

Much to my dismay, there was nothing that seemed right.

Thankfully, I was learning about my Human Design and, allegedly, as a Generator, I was designed to tackle these questions one response at a time.

Could I stop looking outside of myself for something pre-existing to replicate and allow my Inner Authority to guide me, with no guarantees or concrete assurance of where I'd end up?

It was worth a try.

And even though it was scary sometimes (and incredibly scary at first), so many doors opened. I discovered I could make a living using my time and energy exactly as I wanted. I found I could create passive income through digital products, which freed me to constantly innovate and create. I got the opportunity to write a book and share my message about the power of individuality on a larger stage.

When I started down that road, I didn't know this path existed. But with each small decision based on what felt right in my body, it lay itself out before me.

Sometimes I refer to these as cracks in the matrix. Weak spots in the web. Spaces where we can sneak out of the confines that society has placed around us and find (and create!) opportunities that we didn't even think were possible.

And honestly? With the influx of Aquarian energy since 2019, I am convinced that charting our own path to satisfaction in alignment with our Inner Authority and Sacral energy is safer at this point than following what someone else is doing.

Why?

At least when you make some space for what energizes you, even if things don't work out perfectly, you still got to do something satisfying and you got to have an experience that is yours and correct for you.
